Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Christian Heights. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans, administer medications, and provide nursing care to residents. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident care plans and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Supervise and support LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures as required
  • Coordinate nursing care for residents scheduled for therapy and procedures
  • Document resident observations and reactions, and report any concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of [insert state]
