Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to keep them updated on the status of ongoing issues and work closely with escalation teams to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard procedures, creating a repository of best practices.
  • Problem Solving: A crucial aspect of maintaining relationships with current clients involves effective problem resolution by the Customer Service Representative.
  • Timeliness: The representative will provide prompt and efficient support via telephone and chat, acting as the primary contact for their issues from identification to resolution whenever possible.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in phone or email interactions.
  • Strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency.
