Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Project Coordinator / Graphic Artist who can manage a variety of administrative tasks alongside small graphic design projects. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a positive attitude, capable of efficiently handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating logistical arrangements for official visits, events, meetings, and ceremonies.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all official engagements within the organization, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Execute daily operational procedures to organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of assigned tasks.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and teamwork to understand and meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Provide graphic design support across various organizational channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership to gather necessary direction, preferences, and timelines for successful graphic production.
  • Manage multiple graphic design projects with overlapping deadlines effectively.
  • Communicate efficiently with leadership to clarify project scope and prioritization.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Oversee supplies and inventory management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a Secret Security Clearance.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience providing graphics and multimedia support.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the capability to interact with clients, team members, and management at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
