Four Seasons is a world-renowned hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our 'ohana (family) as a Section Tender in our Landscaping department.

About the Role

The Section Tender is a key member of our Landscaping team, responsible for maintaining the resort's grounds and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. As a Section Tender, you will be working closely with our Landscape Manager and Field Supervisors to complete tasks and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks as assigned and instructed by the Landscape Manager and Field Supervisors
  • Report to assigned projects at scheduled times and notify the company of any absences or delays
  • Maintain quality standards and design intent of projects
  • Observe all project safety practices and report any injuries or occupational-related illnesses to the Landscape Manager
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and their correct application
  • Learn the common names of all plants within the project
  • Ability to work in a team dynamic and adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • Required to obtain a Driver's Abstract when working in roles that may require driving a vehicle
  • Weekend availability required
