About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our comprehensive surgical devices and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 year of relevant business experience, demonstrating exceptional achievement of sales objectives, and/or clinical experience
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Strong sales performance, ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan, and ability to collaborate with peers, marketing, and external companies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $105,000, as well as an annual performance bonus and company car through our FLEET program. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
