Job Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Server to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Server, you'll be responsible for delivering an unparalleled Guest experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to Guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with party set up and breakdown, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Participate in all incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.
  • Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control and maximize the Guest experience.
  • Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, and responding to Guest needs in a timely manner.
Requirements:

Physical Demands:
  • Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
