Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily crew operations and ensure company-wide success, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and reputation.
  • Manage crew personnel, assign duties, and delegate tasks based on skill level.
  • Communicate with the Superintendent and ensure quality and accuracy of work performed.
  • Schedule inspections and complete daily paperwork, including production reports and field extras.
  • Coordinate material orders and deliveries to site.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Foreman with a general contractor performing concrete, masonry, and carpentry for residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of current construction means, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Valid Driver's License (CDL License a Plus).
  • Personal accountability and responsibility with excellent follow-through.
Working Conditions:
  • Adhere to time and attendance requirements as established by the Project Superintendent.
  • Outdoor conditions vary depending on weather and season.
  • Varying job sites with conditions from inside to outdoors in areas that are dusty, dirty, or noisy.
