We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Cardio Pulmonary Acute Care Unit at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population with complex health conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, including telemetry, medically complex, and ventilated patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Train for certifications in telemetry, code blue, and ACLS.
- Develop skills in ventilators, trach care, peritoneal dialysis, blood administration, IV placement, wound care, bi-Paps, and C-paps.
- New York State RN License
- Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN Preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
