As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and mentoring teams to deliver Best-in-Class service and grow client relationships.

About the Role
  • This senior project management position involves running a client portfolio with an entrepreneurial spirit, steering project direction and scope, and empowering teams to reach new levels of success and grow careers.
  • You will represent clients at key project milestones, build individual and company brand through local presence, and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with a Professional Engineering (PE) license and 10+ years of experience in land development civil engineering for private sector clients.
  • Preferred experience includes single-family residential, data centers, and manufacturing facilities, as well as a history of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
