Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pizza Maker/Cook at Flippers Pizzeria. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pizza Preparation: Make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, and use only all-natural ingredients to create our signature pizzas.
  • Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas and 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor.
  • Teamwork: Possess a sense of urgency and a team player mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: No prior restaurant experience is necessary, as we provide training for each of the necessary skills.
