Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, executing brand marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal and external partners to meet account objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the senior living market, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work independently in a concentrated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling and Customer Development Activities: Conduct daily calls with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas.
  • Territory Management and Partnering: Develop and implement a local market business plan to maximize opportunities and increase sales results.
  • Technical and Clinical Expertise: Develop and apply business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor, and clinical expertise to position the company favorably within the territory.
Requirements:
  • Two years of direct selling experience in senior living, LTAC, or skilled nursing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Car insurance.
