Disability Support Staff

**Primary Responsibilities:**
1. Implement individual program plans and skill training objectives
2. Ensure all services are delivered to each consumer
3. Assist individuals with daily living tasks and provide advice on maintaining a pleasant living environment
4. Participate in therapeutic treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
5. Maintain accurate records of fire drills, menus, weight charts, menstrual charts, and seizure records
6. Obtain and maintain medication administration certification
7. Actively encourage socialization and participation in community activities
**Estimate Salary:**$50,000 per year. Depending on the location and experience, the salary may vary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year.
