The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in wireless networking, with a focus on DAS and RF communications systems. A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This role involves working closely with our clients, contractors, and cellular carriers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery. Your expertise in system design, installation, and optimization will be critical in meeting the needs of our clients and ensuring the reliability of their communication systems.

As a Wireless Network Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and installing DAS and RF communications systems for public safety agencies and cellular networks
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and cellular carriers to ensure successful project execution
  • Developing and implementing best practices for system design, installation, and maintenance
  • Conducting site surveys, performing coverage analysis, and optimizing system performance
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and system performance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience with DAS and RF communications systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of wireless networking, including RF signal testing tools and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Salary may vary based on location and experience.
