Clinic opportunity in Wellsville with training in Rochester and Hornell. Seeking experienced FNP/PA for interdisciplinary otolaryngology office. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients with acute otorhinolaryngologic problems in adult and pediatric populations. Opportunity to complete in-office procedures. Self-motivated individual with strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills required. Current certification through NYS as an FNP/PA and ability to meet productivity targets needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and treating patients with acute otorhinolaryngologic problems
  • Completing in-office procedures
  • Participating in education and training of learners
Qualifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner:
    • Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner
    • New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing
    • New York State Nurse Practitioner licensure in good standing
    • Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Physician Assistant:
    • Completion of an ARC-PA approved Physician Assistant program
    • New York State Physician Assistant licensure in good standing
    • Current national certification as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to meet productivity targets
  • Current certification through NYS as an FNP/PA

Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process. Location: Ambulatory Services. Schedule: FT position available (40 hours), daytime hours, no weekends or call.
