Position Overview:

In the role of Cyber GRC Project Manager, you will take charge of the comprehensive planning and execution of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. This encompasses establishing project parameters, crafting thorough project plans, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and industry benchmarks. Your proactive risk management strategies will be vital in upholding project quality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct GRC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with project activities.
  • Serve as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing consistent updates regarding project progress.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Review project outcomes and implement best practices for ongoing enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the fields of information security or cybersecurity.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new concepts.
  • Experience with regulatory assessments and a solid understanding of technical audits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security frameworks and compliance mandates.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is provided below. The final salary offer will be determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses, long-term incentives, and a competitive benefits package.
