Job Description:

Purpose:



  • Develop new business opportunities within federal agencies and military installations.
  • Represent the organization in acquisition strategy development and prospecting.


Essential Functions:



  • Engage with key contacts at military bases and federal agencies to maintain positive relations.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to increase enrollment penetration of FEDVIP products.
  • Presents and promotes Open Season information at federal agencies and military installations.
  • Develops and executes Open Season activities including educational sessions.


Qualifications:



  • 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales Department functions.
  • Proficiency with word processing software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to meet the needs of account consultants and field service personnel.


Specific Position Requirements:



  • Remote role, DMV local candidates only.
  • Travel required in Baltimore and surrounding counties.
  • Experience with federal benefits preferred.
  • Fluent in health/insurance or dental terminologies preferred.
  • Strong people skills required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Part-time hours, 20-30 hours per week, occasional weekends during Open Season.
  • Client reimburses travel expenses including mileage.


Three Point Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Service Rep II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within federal agencies and military installations.



The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales department functions and proficiency in word processing software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
