Job Description:
Purpose:
- Develop new business opportunities within federal agencies and military installations.
- Represent the organization in acquisition strategy development and prospecting.
Essential Functions:
- Engage with key contacts at military bases and federal agencies to maintain positive relations.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to increase enrollment penetration of FEDVIP products.
- Presents and promotes Open Season information at federal agencies and military installations.
- Develops and executes Open Season activities including educational sessions.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Sales Department functions.
- Proficiency with word processing software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Customer-focused with the ability to meet the needs of account consultants and field service personnel.
Specific Position Requirements:
- Remote role, DMV local candidates only.
- Travel required in Baltimore and surrounding counties.
- Experience with federal benefits preferred.
- Fluent in health/insurance or dental terminologies preferred.
- Strong people skills required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Part-time hours, 20-30 hours per week, occasional weekends during Open Season.
- Client reimburses travel expenses including mileage.
Three Point Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Service Rep II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within federal agencies and military installations.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales department functions and proficiency in word processing software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
