Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital part of our healthcare team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with various shift options available. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Incentives:
We are pleased to offer sign-on bonuses for newly hired nurses, with specific amounts available for part-time and full-time positions, subject to conditions.

Available Shifts:
- 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday
- 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday
- 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday
- Weekend Baylor 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist in the execution of established healthcare plans for assigned residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role includes participation in ongoing data collection and support for care plan implementation.

Qualifications:
Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and Certifications:
- Active and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state
- Current BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in computer usage
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Preferred Experience:
- One to two years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility
