About the Position

This role is responsible for assessing patient-specific medications and clinical data to evaluate and monitor safety, efficacy, and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will administer medications, monitor clinical data, educate patients, and provide general drug information.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on various projects aimed at improving quality of care and personal professional growth and development. Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, voluntary benefits, well-being resources, and more.
