We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Erector to join our team at Tidewater Staffing. As a Scaffold Erector, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling mobile, supported, and suspended temporary elevated work platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Transportation and Logistics: Transport scaffolding materials to the job site, ensuring timely delivery and efficient setup.
- Blueprint Reading and Planning: Read and interpret blueprints for scaffold projects, identifying potential challenges and developing effective solutions.
- Scaffold Construction and Maintenance: Construct and secure scaffolding around construction projects, ensuring stability and safety.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Inspect your work for safety issues and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Project Completion and Breakdown: Break down the structure once the project is complete, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with your team and supervisor to maintain schedule and ensure project success.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Understand your worksite and be flexible to see the project completed, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
- Professionalism and Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and drive to see the work done well, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
