Job Title: Associate VP Network Engineering

At CLevelCrossing, we are seeking an exceptional Associate VP Network Engineering to lead our network engineering team in designing, developing, and executing our next-generation network infrastructure capability. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Network Architecture and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive network architecture strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of network engineers to ensure the successful delivery of network infrastructure projects.
  3. Cloud and IoT Readiness: Ensure our network infrastructure is cloud and IoT ready, with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
  4. Software-Defined Networking: Develop and implement a software-defined networking strategy that enables agile and efficient network operations.
  5. Automation and Simplification: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify network operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements:
  1. Technical Expertise: 10+ years of technical experience in network engineering, with a strong background in network architecture, design, and operations.
  2. Leadership Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  3. Cloud and IoT Experience: Experience in leading cloud and IoT initiatives, with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
  4. Software-Defined Networking: Experience in developing and implementing software-defined networking strategies.
  5. Automation and Simplification: Experience in identifying opportunities to automate and simplify network operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Executive Leadership Skills: Strong executive leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-performing teams.
  2. Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in network engineering, with a strong background in network architecture, design, and operations.
  3. Cloud and IoT Experience: Experience in leading cloud and IoT initiatives, with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
  4. Software-Defined Networking: Experience in developing and implementing software-defined networking strategies.
  5. Automation and Simplification: Experience in identifying opportunities to automate and simplify network operations.
