Senior Care Specialist - LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at NHC Cool Springs. As a Senior Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clinical competency and apply integrated nursing knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Exhibit organizational ability and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet patient care needs.
  • Integrate current standards of practice, local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Caring and compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Tennessee LPN Nursing License.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
