Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

  • Meet state regulations and maintain current licensure
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW)

  • Current CPR certification preferred
