Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred
