Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Wholesale Distribution Account Manager to join our team and take charge of our sales operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our ceramic tile product line to flooring and tile dealers, achieving sales targets and growing our customer base.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, building trust and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth and increasing revenue.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of the Wholesale Distribution industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A strategic approach to sales and marketing, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
