At Advanced Behavioral Health, we are seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our young adult clients to provide financial support and guidance, helping them to manage their funds effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also be proficient in MS Word and Excel, with intermediate computer skills. In addition, they must have experience working with a consumer population and basic/intermediate accounting/budgeting knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct services to clients referred for assistance in managing their funds. This includes assessing money management needs, developing and revising budgets, resolving financial conflicts, and disbursing funds. You will also act as a liaison between the Financial Unit, Treatment Team, Vendors, and the ABH Finance Department.

You will communicate with the Treatment Team on request processing, vendor inquiries, and client information changes. Additionally, you will receive checks/cash distributions from ABH Finance and distribute them to the Treatment Team or clients. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
