Certified Surgical Technologist

The Certified Surgical Technologist is a vital member of the operating room team, responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of surgical patients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the assembly, setup, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures
- Prepare and maintain a safe and clean operating room environment
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
- Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
