We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our team at New Communities Inc. in South Berwick, Maine. As a PSS, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our seniors, enabling them to live life to the fullest.

About the Role

As a Personal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 18 years of age or over
  • Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
