Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to assist our General Manager in maintaining the efficient daily operations of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding staff to ensure all tasks are performed effectively
• Training and mentoring Shift Leaders and Team Members
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and that guests are satisfied
• Addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
• Managing cash transactions and deposits
• Adhering to company standards for food quality and cost management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Facilitating clear communication with the management team and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in English
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs comfortably
