Deputy Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to aid our General Manager in facilitating the efficient daily operations of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding staff to ensure tasks are performed effectively
• Training and mentoring Shift Leaders and Team Members
• Ensuring the restaurant maintains cleanliness and high guest satisfaction
• Addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
• Overseeing cash handling procedures and deposits
• Adhering to company standards for food quality and cost management
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Maintaining clear communication with management and team members

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in English
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs comfortably
