Job Overview

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wildfire Protection Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business in Colorado, developing local partnerships, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own an individual sales quota and build a sales pipeline of potential customers from prospect to installation
  • Evaluate customer needs, build productive relationships, and conduct in-person site visits and sales consultations
  • Educate customers about defensible space and our wildfire defense system, and generate prospective customer designs, proposals, and contracts
  • Self-generate new customer relationships and sales appointments, and accurately maintain records within our CRM system
  • Coordinate with the Frontline Project Management and Installation Teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful installations
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to installation and beyond, and follow up with prospective and existing customers
Requirements
  • Proven track record in an individual contributor sales role with consumers and/or businesses
  • In-home and/or consumer product sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, empathy in working with customers and teammates, and a willingness to work remotely, travel to customers, and work nights and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Must have home internet broadband access and a valid driver's license
Compensation
  • Salary base range $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience) + HUGE commission opportunity tied to performance
