About the Retail Sales Representative role:
- Be an integral part of the Five Below experience as a part-time Retail Sales Representative
- Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to impressive sales outcomes
- Oversee product displays, ensure the store is well-stocked, and facilitate smooth transactions at the checkout
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established operating procedures and guidelines
- Manage cash transactions efficiently
- Assist in product merchandising and upkeep of the designated area
- Guarantee data accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support in inventory management, receiving shipments, and boosting store sales
- Conduct store maintenance activities
- Additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and think innovatively
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations
