Concentra is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Occupational Medicine team in Fort Myers, Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services, including preventive care, treatment of work-related injuries, and urgent care services.
- Collaborate with center operations director and physical therapy director to optimize center operations and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols to improve quality outcomes and patient safety.
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians and support staff to achieve clinical and business outcomes.
- Participate in business planning and budgeting to ensure financial success.
- Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS/AOA recognized specialty.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare and all payers.
