Support Staff Member

We are seeking an administrative professional to assist in maintaining a productive work environment. You will perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Draft written correspondences and formal documents to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Plan and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements to minimize disruptions and optimize productivity
- Greet and assist on-site guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure quick access to essential documents
- Perform a variety of other office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative roles or related fields
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure
