Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at St. David's Georgetown Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT exams in accordance with established standards and practices, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Administer contrast material using proper technique and adhere to radiation safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a school of Radiologic Technology approved by the American Medical Association.
  • Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiology and Computed Tomography (ARRT (CT)).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
