About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in medical surgical nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Med/Surg nursing, preferably with a focus on adult care.
  • A current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $123,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
