About the Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals with psychiatric needs. As a Psychiatric Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with psychiatric needs
  • To assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • To implement evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote patient recovery and wellness
  • To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
