Emcor Inc is seeking a skilled Part Time Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as dusting furniture and equipment.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Trash and Recycling: Gather and empty trash and recyclables, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and free of debris.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as deep cleaning and event preparation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One or more years of experience in housekeeping or custodial services.
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
