Position Overview

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service, preparation, and storage areas.
  • Handle cash register operations and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, especially under pressure, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and take direction with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of lifting loads exceeding 35 pounds and regularly transporting up to 70 pounds.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM (with every other Friday off).

Salary Range: $25 to $42,156.00 annually.

Employees may qualify for discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay, designed to reward individual contributions and allow participation in company success. Additional benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO for personal or vacation time.
