Job Summary

ProBuild is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class B CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver materials to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver materials to customer sites.
  • Load and unload materials from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and safe delivery.
  • Verify order details and maintain logs of delivery duties, including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage, and locations of deliveries.
  • Act as a customer service liaison between ProBuild and the site customer, handling customer concerns and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles, performing routine safety checks to ensure vehicles comply with company guidelines.
  • Operate a forklift or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and offload materials to designated areas.
  • Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or coworkers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license and a Class B CDL license
  • Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience
  • 2 years of CDL driving experience strongly preferred
  • Pass MVR report
  • Obtain a DOT medical card
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and speak the English language
