Key Responsibilities- Program Quality: Collaborate with Montessori mentors to ensure the implementation of Montessori pedagogy, curriculum, and programs that meet Guidepost Montessori's standards.
- Campus Culture: Create a compelling and collaborative campus culture that emphasizes Guidepost Montessori's core values and attracts, retains, and motivates a team of top-quality staff.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, with an eye toward leadership succession planning.
- Communication: Hold regular group and one-on-one meetings with campus staff, provide regular informal feedback, and conduct regular classroom observations.
- Professional Development: Plan and deliver professional development opportunities for staff to meet program quality standards.
- Performance Management: Deliver performance reviews and salary reviews to all staff, and develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.
- Campus Operations: Manage campus operations, including supervising administrative staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Safety and Security: Ensure all safety procedures are actively followed by parents and staff.
- Enrollment and Retention: Drive enrollment and student retention in all programs, and effectively assess and mitigate risks that could impact the school.
- Financial Management: Manage annual and monthly budgets, and submit financial reports and reviews to regional leadership.
- Education: Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori environment, and a Montessori Primary Diploma from the Association Montessori Internationale, American Montessori Society, or equivalent.
