The ideal candidate will have an earned doctorate or appropriate terminal degree, faculty credentials demonstrating teaching experience and research, progressive administrative experience in higher education, and visionary leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be a chief advocate for the mission and purpose of education, both internally and within the state of Illinois. They will lead the college in formulating and implementing a vision that aligns with the university's vision, mission, and goals.

A competitive salary range is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and paid time off.
