Description:

We're seeking a skilled Compensation Analytics Expert to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you'll uncover insights from complex total rewards-related datasets, communicating findings in simple terms to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Uncovering and communicating insights from total rewards-related datasets
  2. Producing data visualizations, financial models, and analyses to inform business decisions
  3. Directing, managing, and implementing technology platforms for data management and analysis
  4. Adapting to new technologies and managing their implementation
  5. Managing high-impact projects in the compensation space
  6. Forging relationships with compensation managers, subject matter professionals, and vendors

Requirements include:

  1. Minimum seven years of experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
  3. Advanced MS Excel and Access skills
  4. Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms
  5. Strong quantitative and analytic skills, with the ability to explain complex results understandably
