About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grace Management. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and upkeep of our community buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, and grounds, and parking areas.
  • Respond to requests for services in a timely manner, including repair or replacement of interior fixtures and furnishings.
  • Monitor the level and quality of services performed by outside contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and services.
  • Implement ongoing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, and repair of minor equipment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Physical ability to push loaded cart and use vacuum cleaner, buffer, and carpet cleaning machines.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Successful criminal background check and drug testing required.
