Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Operator to join our team. This role is essential in our production process, where you will be responsible for operating machinery to bend PVC pipes efficiently and safely.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Operation: Operate various machines and saws to bend and cut PVC pipes according to specifications.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and specifications throughout the production run, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety concerns to the Shift Lead.
  • Maintenance: Keep machines loaded and operational, informing relevant personnel when supplies are low.
  • Documentation: Complete quality control paperwork and verify quantities and labels for accuracy.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A good understanding of basic mathematics for accurate counting and calculations is essential. Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.


Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift or move up to 70 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency is necessary.
