Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Stock Management Specialist to join our team.

The Stock Management Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting management with the oversight and maintenance of material and equipment supplies. This position involves tracking all products and supplies, ensuring organized stock, and may include assisting with the unloading and processing of incoming shipments.

  • $20/hour
  • Paid Time Off from Day One
  • Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team
  • Desire to grow within a stable organization
  • Coordinate and execute activities to reconcile and maintain inventory records, including conducting cycle counts to verify item quantities and reviewing product transactions in the inventory database.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies: identify root causes, recommend adjustments, and implement corrections in the system.
  • Analyze inventory reports; research variances; determine causes for material shortages or overages; gather supporting information and update inventory database.
  • Conduct month-end inventory activities such as data entry, reconciliation, and report preparation.
  • Promptly report any potential food safety concerns to management.
  • Monitor and control inventory from receipt through the production cycle.
  • Assist with month-end and quarterly physical inventory counts.
