As a Direct Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also help individuals develop life skills, build confidence, and live as independently as possible.

This is a critical role in our organization, and we are seeking someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and be able to move around frequently to coordinate work.
