UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at UCHealth Greeley Hospital in Greeley, Colorado.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our respiratory therapy team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing response to ordered therapy per plan of care, evaluating respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices, and responding to codes and calls for emergent assistance.
Responsibilities- Deliver and assess response to ordered therapy per plan of care.
- Evaluate respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
- Respond to codes and calls for emergent assistance.
- Provide education to patients and families about their illness and provide information about community resources.
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
