We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Telle Tire & Auto Centers. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout the service process.
  • Service Department Support: Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity by effectively managing the service schedule and ordering parts.
  • Vendor and Supplier Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless part ordering and delivery.
  • Inspection Report Review: Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Attendance and Communication: Maintain a high level of attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates.
Requirements:
  • Service Advisor/Writer Experience: Proven experience in a service advisor or writer role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
