Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide care to burn and wound patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care.
- Partner with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Perform initial risk assessments and intervene in emergency situations, utilizing established protocols and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with current clinical practice standards, focusing on safety and quality, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact.
- Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ambulatory or acute care settings, with a focus on burn and wound care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
