Video Content Creator at Azusa Pacific University

Azusa Pacific University (APU) is in search of a talented and skilled Video Content Creator to enhance their Marketing and Media division. The successful applicant will be tasked with capturing, editing, and producing exceptional video materials that support the university's strategic enrollment initiatives and marketing goals. A Bachelor's degree in video production, film, communications, or a similar discipline is required, along with expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teams to brainstorm video ideas and create storyboards
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for diverse applications
  • Conduct video shoots, ensuring top-notch footage and performances
  • Engage with stakeholders and communicate project goals effectively
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in videography
  • Optimize video content for various platforms to enhance audience engagement
  • Manage and maintain videography equipment
  • Handle multiple video projects concurrently

  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs

Work Environment:

  • Comfortable office setting with a pleasant atmosphere
  • Simultaneous conversations and activities occurring

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and design software including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with web design and content management systems

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay range from $30.67 to $35.27
